I’m a Boston-based sports dietitian and fellow runner. I help runners
recover faster, and feel stronger—without cutting carbs, counting calories, or second-guessing every meal.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of runners at all levels—from first-time 5Kers to experienced marathoners. Most come to me feeling stuck:


  • Low energy, despite training hard
  • Constant GI issues
  • Unsure what to eat and when
  • Frustrated by advice that doesn’t fit their real life


That’s where I come in.

As a 3:12 Boston Marathon qualifier, I understand firsthand how much training demands from your body. But whether you’re chasing a personal best or just trying to feel better on your long runs, fueling well is what makes the difference.

My approach is evidence-based and race-tested, with a focus on fueling your performance, energy, and recovery.

As a runner, I get it. As a dietitian, I can help you fix it.
