Hey! I’m Meg mahoney–A sports dietitian for runners.

My goal? To take the guesswork out of nutrition so you can focus on running your best. As a runner myself, I know the struggles firsthand—conflicting advice, GI distress, hitting a wall during long runs, and the frustration of not seeing progress despite doing everything right. I’ve been there, and I get it.

As a registered dietitian, I help runners like you cut through the noise and build simple, science-backed fuelling strategies that work in real life.

With over 10 years of experience working with runners of all levels—from high school athletes to weekend warriors—I’m here to help you run stronger, recover faster, and enjoy the journey.
